Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a full refund.
Important: To be eligible for a return, your Vestoraa pieces must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation in pristine condition.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide the reason for your return
- Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Items without original tags or documentation
- Intimate apparel or undergarments
- Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or store credit
Exchanges
We'd love to help you find the perfect fit! We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
Quality is everything at Vestoraa. If you receive a damaged or defective piece, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for us to assist you properly.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. However, if the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover all return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection and peace of mind.
